Reflections

Besides being an advocate of Charity, Memorial Garden and Scatter Way Registry reflects changing traditions with dying.

What entitles humans to an individual piece of earth, for the placement of their bodily remains, to be left undisrupted (but visited) for eternity?  Only Tradition…  We call them cemeteries.

It is the hubris of our “old” traditions that makes humans feel we will not be lost forever if we add a stone marker to that placement.  All this is changing as cremation becomes more desired and more places are designated properly.

What keeps humans from having their cremated remains scattered to the wind indiscriminately in places where the living reside and function?  Only common sense…  We call this unholy, unconsecrated chaos.

Memorial Gardens and Scatter Ways offer alternatives that are equally consecrated and set aside from most activities we pursue while living.  GWRegistry™ identifies these places on par with cemeteries.

Memorial Gardens, Scatter Ways and Cemeteries are not mutually exclusive.  Multiple points of placement are becoming more desired and practiced.

Places set aside by religious, secular or public owners of land are typically used for quiet contemplation and meditation.  Flood control areas and natural habitats that cannot be developed are examples of areas that exist all around us.  Every stream, marsh, or woodland in the midst of our parks, golf courses, farms, and forests can be identified, and set aside without desecrating the living or the dead.

Designated areas simply have to be landscapes that can be identified and valued for compatible multiple usages. This is sufficient to preserve our dignity and hallowed memories of our life on earth.

Human placement(s) don’t need to be marked with a stone(s) of granite or permanent marker(s) for us to be remembered.  They simply need to be cataloged, known, and practiced in our “new” Traditions.

The Cataloging is accomplished by Mapping and Organizing existing Memorial Gardens (and the creation of innovative Scatter Way practices).  Famous or Infamous, you will always be “Known for Eternity” as long as there is information about you in the Cloud and a Search Engine to find it/you.  The Practices of new traditions are not limited to GWRegistry™ or GardenWays™ methods any more than you can exclude MG’s and SW’s from Cemeteries.

Google the phrase Alfred W Bender Elba NY and see what you find.  I was my high school science fair winner in 1969.  You can view my year book from 1970.  How was my father connected to Harry Muilenburg?  Nice layout for Harry and his lineage in FindAGrave®.  The most knowledgeable information comes from Joyce M Booher.  Make sure you read the Hartson Funeral Home version of her obituary.  Add “Obituary” in front of the Google phrase for Alfred.  Many Alfred Benders near Elba, NY passed away but apparently not my father. Really?! My Dad died in 1997.

Memorial Garden and Scatter Way Registry LLC simply pioneers new ways to make things better for the living as we change how people deal with dying.  Charity is the engine that drives the innovation.

Our Organization

What started with the tragic highway death of my 31 year old son a year ago, has turned into a Mission to raise $500 Million for charity.

More money was given to Charity for Henryk than all the funeral, church, and reception costs spent for 300 people that attended during the Covid pandemic.

Our organization isn’t us, it’s You.

The largest cost savings for Henry’s passing was scattering in multiple locations without internment in a container at a single location in the ground.

A simple practice that can save the earth, make dreams come true, and change the way we deal with Death.

Take Action

Follow our Preliminary Personal Arrangement (PPA)

Pre-register with GWRegistry™,

Find a funeral home you want to deal with.

Make your wishes to be cremated known with your family.

Why be bound to a single location when we pass?

One oz of you could reach all 50 states if that is your wish. GWRegistry™ Entities can help make your dream come true.

Be careful what you wish for.

What is possible is not always desired.

Memorial Gardens differ from Scatter Ways.

We pioneered private CCF’s for a reason.

Simplifying the Concepts exposes the flaws.
